Our workshops are one-off non-residential events where you can learn Okido Yoga's philosophy and practice in more details.
Our workshops typically last 3 or 6 hours. Through a variety of exercises, you will learn the physical integration of posture and movement, harmonized breathing, concentration and relaxation in mind, adaptability and other features of Okido Yoga.
