Okido Yoga Open Day & Get-together
This event includes simple exercises tailored to suit the needs and preferences of participants,
and sharing the philosophy of Daily Life Yoga. Hopefully you will be able to pick up some hints toward maintaining
your daily health practices as well as enhancing self-motivation.

Okido Yoga Mini-Retreat Workshop
This mini-retreat is a one-day workshop which offers an enjoyable experience of the essence of Okido Yoga: We will serve balanced vegan lunch with organic ingredients whenever possible. The programme will include deep stretching exercises, static and dynamic exercises, an easy home treatment practice, philosophical study, and meditation.
Date & time: Saturday 14 June 2025, 9:30-19:30 (Reception starts at 9:30. Programme starts at 10:00. Lunch and supper are included.
Fee: £50 if you book before or on 14 May 2025; £60 if you book on or after 15 May 2025;

Loudwater Farm lies in the beautiful valley of River Chess. Just 25 miles from Central London, it has countryside-like surroundings. Half a mile from J18 of M25, with plenty of room for parking.
