Feedback from a previous workshop
"I learned about the importance of warm up before practice of Asana. I like the philosophy part and would like to see more of this in future workshops." "What I learnt and was reminded how this deep philosophy and practice, mind, body, spirit, requires quietness and humility and the quality to listen to each muscle and movement of my own body, emotion, spirit. This reveals more of my true self and with this comes joy, more grounded breathing and patience and strength. "
