We are offering a free introductory online yoga lesson for anybody aged 18 or over. Stressed, unmotivated, depressed? One small way to help is to learn how to use the body effectively. Looking after the body will allow you to gain a more balanced state of mind.
The lesson will take place on Sunday 29th May at 9:15-10:30am UK time. Please book by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email, please state your name and confirm that you are 18 or over. The lesson will be streamed via Zoom and work like all our online lessons.

The word Okido comes from Oki, the surname of the founder, and Do which translates as ‘path’ or ‘way of searching for truth in life’. Masahiro Oki, a Japanese master, developed his philosophy and practice through his experience of Indian Yoga, the Chinese Yin-Yang principles and the Japanese Zen tradition.
