All our classes are welcoming, informal, and suitable for both beginners and experienced. Please enquire (via contact) if you need to book.
Ideally, leave two hours between a meal and a class, and don't wear jewellery, restrictive clothing or a watch. Yoga mats, blocks and eye pillows can be purchased at your first session if you contact the class teacher in advance.
