This Course is an intensive yoga residential course, aiming at an enjoyable experience of the essence of Okido Yoga: Co-Existence, Co-Happiness. We did many retreats in Suffolk from 1986 till 2015. We are now taking the same spirit to a new location.

Participants are expected to attend all activities, which start before breakfast and continue till bedtime with appropriate breaks.
