Mizue teaches on Tuesday evenings, but this week she is in charge of a
non-salt half-fasting seminar in Laren Dojo. In her
place, Tomoko will give a 2-hour lesson of warming-up,
stretching, yoga poses, pranayama, pratyahara, meditation, and
relaxation. After the lesson, you can go home or join a simple
supper in a friendly gathering.
